A pixel-art stealth game where you play a ninja whose “top-secret mission” is to hide in a women’s restroom and watch girls relieve themselves. There is no sex of any kind here, and the central appeal is excretion combined with voyeurism — so whether this is for you is decided before you read another word.
What works
The smartest decision MuMu-Factory made was to build this as an actual stealth game rather than a static gallery with a thin frame around it. You’re sneaking through a guarded space, managing sightlines, killing the sound of your own footsteps, and trying to slip out with your prize intact. That loop gives the fetish content something most works in this corner of the genre never bother with: tension. The fantasy of getting caught is baked into the mechanics instead of just being narrated at you, and that does real work for the kind of player who finds the risk as arousing as the payoff.
This entry also clearly listened to people who bounced off the older, stricter formula. Two quality-of-life systems are front and center: if you’re spotted, you get a few chances to recover instead of an instant fail, and you can knock out the background girls patrolling the area. Both changes lower the frustration floor a lot. The earlier appeal of “peeping ninja” games was always undercut by how punishing the stealth could be, and softening that means you spend more time on the content you actually bought the game for and less time replaying the same approach.
The cast is the other genuine strength. There are seven targets, and instead of being interchangeable bodies they’re written around distinct toilet-related personalities — the carefree regular girl who eats and sleeps and goes without a problem, the track-and-field member who’s backed up from training stress, the anxious girl whose worrying wrecks her stomach, the bookish glasses type who’s a bit blocked but stubbornly works at it, the eccentric twin-tail who’s frankly a pervert herself, and so on. Each gets her own excretion scene tuned to that personality, which means variety in pacing and “performance” rather than the same animation recolored seven times. For a fetish this specific, that authored variety is exactly what separates a work that gets recommended from one that gets refunded. The pixel-art presentation deserves a nod too: it’s a deliberate retro choice, and the detail lavished on the anal and scat depictions is more careful than the genre usually manages — this kind of content tends to get drawn lazily or avoided, and here it’s clearly the priority.

The scenario is essentially a coat hook. The ninja framing — legendary shinobi, infiltrate enemy lines, recover the classified documents — is a single joke stretched across a premise, and once you’ve read the setup there’s nothing more to it. Nobody buying this needs a plot, but it’s worth being honest that there’s no narrative pull, no progression beyond the missions themselves, and no reason to engage your brain past the mechanics. If the stealth and the fetish don’t carry you, the writing won’t.
The stealth itself is also a thin layer when you hold it up to actual stealth games. The new recovery and stun systems make it more forgiving, but “more forgiving” can tip into “trivial,” and players who wanted the older tension may find the challenge largely sanded off. There’s a real tradeoff here that the design lands on the accessible side of, and not everyone will agree with the call. The package is small, too — under 50 MB, a short runtime gated entirely by how many of the seven scenes you want to see — so don’t expect dozens of hours. And the obvious one: this is single-platform, confirmed only on Windows 10, with the developer flagging that files may change in future updates. Run the trial first; the developer asks you to, and they’re right to.
Who should buy this
This is a narrow, honest recommendation. If excretion play combined with the thrill of voyeurism is your thing — specifically the toilet-peeping fantasy, with anal and scat front and center and zero sex — this is a well-made example that takes the fetish seriously instead of treating it as a gimmick. If any of that is a turn-off, nothing else here will win you over, so skip it without guilt. Good news for international buyers: the work supports English text, and the storefront listing’s English copy is the developer’s own, so non-Japanese readers can play and follow everything without needing the original language.
