A pure-hearted sister cursed with a body that builds lust until she masturbates on the spot — anywhere, in front of anyone — has to travel across a full RPG world to rescue her kidnapped brother, escorted by a sadistic adventurer who is half bodyguard, half tormentor. PEACH CAT’s Sister Maiden: Endless Climax is a corruption RPG built around player choice: you can keep heroine Lena exclusive to her adventurer companion, hand her out to mobs and strangers, do both, or — remarkably — clear the whole game with her virginity intact. If “innocent nun slowly reshaped by a lewd curse” is your lane, this is a dense, systems-driven take on it.
What works

The core loop is the star here, because the erotic content is wired directly into the RPG mechanics instead of sitting beside them. Lena carries a lust gauge that fills from sexual harassment and H events — the adventurer’s “harassment skills” work both in town and mid-battle, enemies grope her during combat (and can even steal her panties), and once the gauge maxes out she masturbates right where she stands. The only way to bring the gauge down is orgasm, so managing her arousal becomes an actual resource-management problem woven into travel and combat. The day/night structure reinforces this: by day the adventurer’s presence shields her from NPC harassment in towns, but once you check into an inn she’s on her own, and going out at night exposes her to the townsfolk. You’re constantly choosing between relieving the gauge with your companion or risking solo outings — and earning travel money through bar work, club VIP rooms, brothels, or street prostitution if you go down that road.
The content volume backs the systems up. The official count is over 100 H events (the in-game counter tops out at 98), 50-plus base H CGs plus NPC extras, five standing poses with variants, and ten outfits on top of the nude option — with a clothes-changing/dress-up angle for people who like their heroine in different looks. The situation spread is genuinely wide: discipline-style training by the adventurer, adventurer-supervised “lending out” for the netorase crowd, sneaky exhibitionist play in town facilities, SM hotels and show clubs, a happening bar, and post-defeat scenes. Crucially, the route choice isn’t cosmetic — your relationship with the adventurer branches the post-clear H events, and the fact that a virgin clear exists means the corruption is opt-in rather than on rails.

The quality-of-life layer is unusually complete for a doujin RPG. There’s a 100-entry original monster encyclopedia, a character encyclopedia for the side cast, a “recent events” lewd log that recaps what’s happened to Lena, world-map travel assistance, and a full scene recall room. Second playthroughs get an event-collection checklist, carry-over, and an opening skip — exactly what you want in a game that encourages replaying both the pure and the depraved routes. Side characters like a bratty familiar and lewd monster girls round out the world, and there’s a running dark-comedy thread where you’re periodically shown Lena’s brother being trained by the witch while barely clinging to his own virginity.
What doesn’t

Read the numbers with appropriate skepticism: the description itself notes that the main situations mostly come in five-stage escalation patterns, so that “100+ scenes” figure counts progression steps of the same scenario, not a hundred distinct setups. The real count of unique situations is meaningfully lower, which is standard practice for the genre but worth knowing before the number impresses you. The store materials also say nothing about voice acting, so temper expectations there.
This is an RPG Maker MZ game, with everything that implies about stock engine feel, and one design choice deserves a heads-up: autosave is deliberately disabled (the circle says it’s to prevent accidents, presumably unwanted scene triggers overwriting your state). That’s a defensible call in a game about avoidable corruption, but if you’re the type who forgets to save manually, you will lose progress at some point. There’s a trial version covering everything up to the first dungeon past the second town with about ten collectible H scenes, and given that the engine and pacing are the biggest unknowns here, using it before buying is more advisable than usual.
Who should buy this

Be aware up front: this is Japanese-only, with no official English support. That said, it’s a reasonable pickup for non-Japanese players anyway — the appeal is mechanical (gauge management, day/night risk, route choices) and visual (50+ CGs, outfit variety, battle harassment), and RPG Maker games run well through machine translation tools or a texthooker if you want the event text. If you’re here for deep prose, look elsewhere; if you’re here for a corruption system you can steer, the language barrier is manageable. Content-wise, this is for fans of gradual corruption, exhibitionism and humiliation, and especially netorase — the “lend her out under supervision” content is a headline feature, so skip it if that’s a landmine for you. The virgin-clear option makes it unusually flexible for players who prefer pure routes.
Verdict

7 / 10. On paper this is one of the more complete corruption-RPG packages in its niche — arousal mechanics genuinely integrated into combat and travel, meaningful route branching from pure to depraved, and excellent replay tooling — held back only by the padded scene count, the unknowns around engine polish, and the lack of any English support; the generous trial means you don’t have to take the systems on faith.
