NappleMill’s long-running side-scrolling action series returns for a fourth round, this time starring Diana, a spoiled noble daughter of the Kabochi Kingdom who sets out hunting magic stones to claim the title of princess — and whose absurdly sensitive, milk-spraying breasts make her the favorite target of every lewd monster on the road. If you’re into lactation, milking, and lovingly animated pixel-art breast play wrapped in an easygoing action game, this is aimed squarely at you.
What works

The pixel animation is the headline, as it always is with this circle, and this entry adds the thing fans of the series have been asking for: large, zoomed-in animated close-ups. Where previous games kept everything at standard sprite scale, this one cuts to big detailed shots during scenes — fingers sinking into soft flesh, nipples twitching under milking, Diana’s face contorting mid-scene. It’s the single biggest upgrade over earlier entries, and it lands. The supporting production details are just as strong: the exaggerated sound design when her breasts pop free, the way clothing turns translucent or tears apart during scenes, and situational variety covering transformation and petrification-style state changes, cosplay scenes, and secret public fondling. For a fetish this specific, the execution is unusually polished.
Content volume is generous for a doujin action game. Seven stages hold 38 distinct monsters that initiate mating attacks on Diana, seven bosses each with their own persistent defeat scene, and eight male NPCs scattered through the levels that she can actively seduce — so the game covers both the classic “hates it but her body responds” assault angle and a willing-tease angle, rather than locking you into one flavor. Voice acting is present during the erotic action (partial lines rather than full voicing), and bosses and NPCs now get actual dialogue in their scenes, which earlier games in the series mostly lacked.

The action side has also been quietly refined. Seduction is available from the start rather than unlocked later, the special attack has been remapped to a single button and now connects regardless of what the enemy is doing, the HP and special-gauge display has been cleaned up, and save points now appear right before bosses. Diana has a ranged attack and the series’ reliable shield that nullifies hits and knocks enemies back, so the game flows without friction. It knows it’s a lewd game first and never makes you grind or suffer to see its content — a demo is available too, so you can verify it runs and suits you before committing.
What doesn’t

It’s short and it’s easy. A full clear runs somewhere around an hour and a quarter, and even on Normal (there’s only Easy and Normal) the shield and the guaranteed-hit special trivialize almost everything — the final boss is effectively the only fight that pushes back. If you want your ero-action games to have actual game in them, this isn’t that; it’s closer to an interactive animation gallery with light platforming between scenes.
The story is thin even by series standards: a slapstick comedy framing with dialogue mostly limited to boss encounters and stage transitions. That’s consistent with previous entries, but don’t come in expecting the character writing to carry anything. Two purchase caveats worth knowing before you buy: the game is a fourth entry that references returning characters from earlier games (it stands alone fine, but you’ll catch more if you’ve played them), and a married-woman variant starring a different heroine, Fine, was released simultaneously with explicitly overlapping content — so treat them as two flavors of the same game and pick one rather than assuming they’re separate works.
Who should buy this

Be aware this is Japanese-only, with no official English support. The good news is that the language barrier barely matters here: it’s an action game where the appeal is animation, sound, and fetish content, and story dialogue is sparse and skippable. An English-speaking buyer loses almost nothing playing it raw, and a phone camera translator covers the menus if needed. Buy it if milking, breast milk, big-breast play, and interspecies scenes in high-grade pixel animation are your thing and you want a relaxed hour-plus of content rather than a challenge. Skip it if lactation isn’t your fetish or you need substantial gameplay or narrative — this game has exactly one job.
Verdict

7.5 / 10. As an action game it’s featherweight and over quickly, but as a lactation-fetish animation showcase it’s one of the most polished around, and the new zoomed-in pixel scenes make it the strongest entry in the series for its target audience.
