SLAVE RAVE’s latest is a command-battle RPG built almost entirely around one idea: your ninja protagonist fights seriously, gets hit with lewd techniques, and loses in increasingly humiliating ways. Set in Hinomoto, a medieval Japan-flavored land, it pits a young yokai hunter — heir to a clan’s dragon power and freshly promoted to leader — against a sect of energy-draining kunoichi and the oni they worship. If you want a battle-fuck game where the player character is always on the receiving end, and you’d like to choose whether that character is male, female, or futanari, this is squarely aimed at you.
What works

The core loop is exactly what the genre promises, and it commits harder than most. Three gauges sit on screen at all times during combat — HP, an H gauge, and stamina — so you can watch the damage from a handjob or a kiss attack stack up alongside ordinary hits. Lewd attacks inflict status ailments, force orgasms, and drain levels, and the game treats all of this as the actual mechanic rather than a side show. There are over a hundred sequences split between mid-battle attacks and defeat scenes, drawn from 32 base CGs, which is a respectable amount of content for a circle release.
The escalation system is the clever part. Every time the protagonist gets hit by a particular technique, they become weaker to it, until eventually a single touch can be enough to finish them. Titles are handed out based on how often you’ve been made to cum and how you’ve lost, and a lot of them are deliberately disgraceful. That turns the usual “lose on purpose to see the scene” habit into something the game actively tracks and rewards — you can shape your hunter into whatever kind of wreck matches your tastes, or try to clear the game as a prude who never gives in. Both paths are explicitly supported.

The protagonist selection is more thoughtful than the usual gender toggle. Male, female, and futanari options share the same appearance and stats, but the genital depiction in every H scene changes, so the same facesitting or cowgirl scene reads as male-sub or lesbian-sub depending on your pick. Futanari fans and people who’d rather skip it are both covered. The fetish range is wide for a single game: handjobs, footjobs, kiss attacks, and cowgirl on the tame end; facesitting, group assault, urination, and smell play on the rough end. The villain roster has some character to it too. Eikei is the flashy former senior disciple who defected and now uses her body to spread demonic aura before draining you, and Mei is a 200-year-sealed oni with a sake gourd who gets even worse once she drinks, chasing a vision of a “glittering” Hinomoto where pretty girls rule and men serve. Three voice actresses cover the cast, with Yuine Shinan pulling double duty on the protagonist and Mei.
What doesn’t

This is a pure sub-side game. The protagonist never gets to be on top, and everything in the description points to passive, masochist-oriented scenes. If you’d rather have a mix, or want your hunter to eventually turn the tables, there’s nothing here for you. The rough-end content is also not a footnote: urination and smell play are part of the main rotation, and while there’s a toggle to cut the CG and sound for the “dirty” scenes, using it means carving out a chunk of what the game was built around.
The rank-and-file kunoichi are openly described as looking alike — they’re orphaned women turned into near-identical agents — which works as lore but means a lot of your opponents are interchangeable rather than distinct characters. Thirty-two base CGs stretched across a hundred-plus sequences also means heavy use of variations; expect the same compositions with changed expressions rather than a fresh illustration for every situation. And the gender choice, while welcome, is cosmetic in play: nothing about appearance or combat changes, so don’t expect three distinct playthroughs.
Who should buy this

This is a Japanese-only release with no English option. The good news for non-readers is that the appeal is mostly visual and mechanical: the three-gauge combat is legible without text, the H attacks are self-explanatory, and the defeat scenes carry themselves on art and voice. You’ll miss the dialogue — Eikei’s flashy speech and Mei’s drunken personality shift are clearly meant to be heard and read — but a texthooker plus machine translation will get you the gist, and the game is playable without either. Buy it if you’re into battle-fuck RPGs where you lose, like the idea of a corruption tracker that rewards losing, and are at least tolerant of the harder fetishes. Try the trial first — it covers the tutorial through stage 4 plus free battle, though only some of the fetish content appears in it.
Verdict

7 / 10. A focused, well-specified battle-fuck RPG that knows exactly what it is and stacks in-battle damage, escalating weakness, and shameful titles into a loop that sub-side players will get a lot out of — held back by narrow appeal, same-face mob enemies, and CG reuse.
