Nova Soil’s battle-ero RPG drops you into a war where magic-and-machine armored maidens hold the front line — and where losing a fight means watching your squadmates get captured and violated by the enemy. If defeat-H stakes, NTR, and a gear-grinding upgrade loop are your thing, this is squarely aimed at you; if you need your heroines kept safe, walk away now.
What works
The core loop is the classic battle-ero contract, and it’s stated up front with zero ambiguity: win and you strip upgrade materials off enemy soldiers to strengthen your heroines’ armor suits, lose and the girls get captured and raped. That risk/reward tension is the whole engine of the game, and it’s reinforced by a proper armor-enhancement system — rarer materials drop from stronger enemies and dungeon chests, so pushing into dangerous fights is both how you power up and how you court disaster. H-scenes aren’t gated behind one mechanism either; they unlock through affection levels, victory, defeat, and hidden conditions, which gives completionists actual reasons to play both sides of the win/lose line.
The premise does more work than most in this genre. The setting is a three-nation war fought by “Loretta Maidens” — women with high aptitude for a special liquid material that fuses magic and machinery into powered suits. The protagonist, Arata, is the titular 0%: a man with an unheard-of zero compatibility rate whose military dreams are dead on arrival, until an encounter with a relic spirit leaves him with a mysterious “Ero Status” — he supplies power to the maidens by having sex with them. It’s an unapologetically horny justification for the H content, but it ties the sex into the combat loop instead of leaving it as disconnected reward scenes. The misfit 7th Squad has actual texture too: Akari, the fallen elite from a famous family with lousy mana control; Satsuki, a perpetually apologizing firepower monster; Honoka, the cheerful twin-tailed mechanic; and above them all, Mitsuki, an airheaded, chronically late marshal who happens to be the nation’s strongest asset. On the enemy side, Colonel Callistrong — a self-styled “elite gentleman” whose entire deal is being physically repulsive and obsessively hunting the 7th Squad’s girls — gives the capture-and-NTR content a designated hate-sink face, which is exactly what this genre needs.
Content volume is genuinely solid for a doujin release: 67 base CGs (before pose variants), 63 scenes, full 1080p, and voice acting. The scene list covers a wide fetish spread — fellatio, semen extraction, training, tentacles and monsters, enemy soldiers, the aforementioned ugly old man, defeat NTR, and reverse rape. And the quality-of-life calls are the right ones: message fast-forward, plus a recall room that can be fully unlocked from the start, so nobody has to grind out a bad ending checklist just to see the gallery.
What doesn’t
That wide fetish spread cuts both ways. This game is trying to serve the vanilla-adjacent “power up your squad through sex” crowd and the defeat-NTR/humiliation crowd in the same package, and buyers on either end will find a chunk of the scene list isn’t for them. If tentacles, interspecies content, and repulsive-old-man scenes are dealbreakers, know that they’re load-bearing here — they’re the punishment side of the core loop, not optional garnish. The dub-con and humiliation tags are accurate to the tone throughout.
It’s also an RPG Maker MZ title built around material farming, and that framework carries the usual caveats: the moment-to-moment combat and grind will feel familiar if you’ve played a dozen of these, and a loop built on “collect rarer materials” lives or dies on drop pacing. Worth noting too that the product description was written during development with a “content subject to change” disclaimer, and the circle runs its progress updates through a blog — this reads like a young project from a circle still building its track record, so temper expectations accordingly rather than assuming a polished flagship.
Who should buy this
This is a Japanese-only release with no official English support — don’t expect otherwise. The good news: it’s RPG Maker MZ, which is about the friendliest possible base for MTool or a texthooker, and the community is already running it through translation tools (early users hit a hiccup with a missing boss sprite tied to Japanese filename handling, since addressed on the tool side — so expect minor friction, not a wall). The combat, farming, and upgrade loop are perfectly playable with minimal Japanese, and the H content is CG-and-voice driven, so machine translation gets you most of the value. If you buy it, buy it for defeat-H stakes, NTR and humiliation content with big-breasted virgin heroines, and a grind loop that makes the sex mechanically relevant — not for a story you’ll be reading in polished prose.
Verdict
7 / 10. A well-stocked battle-ero package — 63 scenes, voice, a capture-on-defeat loop that actually integrates its fetishes into the gameplay — held back mainly by a scattershot fetish spread and the stock RPG Maker grind underneath it.
