Dohna Dohna: Let’s Do Bad Things Together (AliceSoft) is a criminal management + tactical RPG set in Asougi City — a dystopian metropolis ruled by the Asougi Group megacorporation. You play as Kuma, second-in-command of the rebel clan Nayuta, juggling hustle operations (territory control, income, combat) across roughly 26 episodes.

The game’s story is linear episode to episode, but your choices about which heroine to invest in determine which of the eight possible endings you see.

There are three categories of ending, covering eight total outcomes:

How heroine endings are resolved: At the start of Episode 23, the game checks which heroine has reached Feeling Level 8. If multiple heroines qualify, the one with the highest overall Feeling stat wins. Focus on one heroine at a time for a clean first playthrough.

The Episode 22 Deadline — Don’t Miss This

Episode 22 is the last episode where you can use EVENT actions to raise heroine Feeling levels. Once Episode 22 ends, EVENT actions become unavailable for every character.

If your target heroine hasn’t reached Level 8 by the time Episode 22 wraps up, you will miss her good ending entirely in that playthrough. Plan your EVENT action investments well in advance — don’t save them all for the final push.

Hard warning: Sending Porno to the VIP match against Chisafumi Yamauchi locks you into the Normal Ending regardless of any heroine’s Feeling level. Avoid this if you want any of the seven non-Normal outcomes.

Mistress Ending in Detail

Mistress’s route has the most unusual conditions:

  1. Earn at least 20,000,000 Yen before Episode 23 begins
  2. Keep all other heroines at Feeling Level 5 or below — do not advance any heroine’s feeling events past that threshold
  3. With both conditions met, visit the shop before Episode 23

This is the “economic” route. You prioritize hustle income over romantic investment. Most players discover it on a second playthrough after already completing one heroine’s route.

CG Gallery Completion

Each heroine has 7 ero events distributed through her feeling event chain. Porno has 8.

Event B Variants

Several heroines have alternate “Event B” CG variants for certain scenes. These only unlock if the heroine’s Bad End was triggered before completing those particular feeling events — meaning the scene dialogue changes based on whether the bad end happened first.

To collect both standard and Event B variants efficiently:

  1. Save at or just before Episode 22 (hard save, not quick save)
  2. Trigger the heroine’s Bad End in one run, then access the affected feeling events
  3. Reload the Episode 22 save and pursue her Good Ending to get the standard variants

The Episode 22 reload trick saves a full replay; you get all CG variants from a single clean save point.

Party Composition & Combat Tips

Recommended roster progression

Early game: Kuma, Zappa, Kirakira, Tora Taro

Mid game (swap as they join):

  • Replace Tora Taro with Medico
  • Replace Zappa with Antenna

Late game:

  • Replace Kirakira with Kikuchiyo
  • Finish the game with: Kuma + Medico + Antenna + Kikuchiyo

Level and gear targets

  • Aim for approximately Level 45 before the endgame stretch
  • Equip Rank 4 or 5 weapons as soon as they become available

Item stockpile

You won’t burn through healing items early, but demand spikes hard in later episodes. Build up before you need them:

  • ~50 Chili Dogs and ~50 Sodas for baseline HP/MP recovery
  • Around 10 each of the stronger recovery items
