Succubus & Judgement (Succubus&Judgement) — Honest Review

Reviewed work by Tanishi · View on DLsite

Losing isn’t the fail state in Succubus & Judgement — it’s the entire point. This fully voiced RPG from circle Tanishi is built for sub-male players who want to watch a genuinely capable protagonist get systematically dismantled by four very different women, with a hard “no reversal” policy stamped on the box. If phrases like “defeat leads to the real story” make you reach for your wallet rather than the back button, this one was made with you in mind.

What works

The framing is smarter than the average femdom RPG. Thousands of years after the hero and demon lord made peace, humans and monsters attend school together, and you play a morals committee member at the prestigious Holy Grail Academy, competing with your classmate Victoria for the next committee chair. The hook is that your character is strong — on paper, none of these opponents should beat you. They win anyway, through seduction, suggestion, and stacking debuffs, and the game mines that gap between “should win” and “keeps losing” for everything it’s worth. Losing to a trash mob you could one-shot, then having your life taken apart because of it, is a very specific humiliation fantasy, and the game commits to it completely. There’s even a conspiracy plot and student backstories ticking along underneath, so the academy isn’t just wallpaper.

Each of the four heroines owns a distinct fetish lane, and the post-defeat routes go much further than a single bad-end scene. Ririka, a dim-witted succubus who genuinely believes the illegal drugs she’s selling are health supplements, debuffs you until you’re weaker than tutorial-zone monsters — her route runs through streamed public losses and being reduced to an errand boy for delinquents who can’t even use magic. Nana, a genius magic programmer who traded her heart for beauty, is pure emotional sadism: you’re forcibly made to fall for her, renamed “Pig #7,” and put through repeated confession-and-rejection cycles engineered to deepen your dependence until you’d betray anything for her. Leonora, a futanari troublemaker descended from a legendary mage, feminizes you in body and mind, escalating to prostitution and an artificial womb. Tita, a titan-dragon half-breed giantess, makes you her pet — cute clothes, foot-cleaning duty — with the standing threat of being swallowed whole if she loses interest. Four routes, four genuinely different flavors of losing.

The production backs it up: over 80 base CGs, 300+ total illustrations, and every event scene fully voiced — the voice acting is the delivery mechanism for the seduction-and-breakdown loop, and it’s clearly where much of the budget went. The quality-of-life layer deserves real credit too. The quest system marks events containing scat or size-fetish content with dedicated icons, scenes for fetishes you can’t handle are skippable, and a theater mode unlocks everything for replay. The cleverest mechanic is the “surrender skill” system, which lets you apply themes from the circle’s previous game — shrinking, human toilet — to whichever character you like mid-battle, effectively letting you cross-pollinate fetishes instead of keeping each one locked to its route.

What doesn’t

Succubus & Judgement — drawback example scene

The four-lane fetish spread cuts both ways. Femdom humiliation, engineered heartbreak, futanari feminization, and giantess play (with vore and outright digestion on Tita’s route) are four different audiences, and if only one of those lanes is yours, a large chunk of the game simply isn’t aimed at you. The extreme end is genuinely extreme — the grotesque and scat tags are earned, and while the warning icons let you route around that content, you’re still paying for it. This is also an RPG Maker MV title, so temper expectations about the engine: the systems layered on top are inventive, but the foundation is what it is. And “no reversal” means exactly that — if any part of you wants a route where the protagonist claws back his dignity, it does not exist here.

The other caveat is timing and packaging. The game released at the end of August 2026, so there’s essentially no community track record yet — early sentiment around the voice work and structure is positive, but the sample size is tiny. Meanwhile, a lot of value sits in the premium edition: roughly an hour of fully voiced Live2D animation, 20 pages of full-color manga, an art book, and — the real lever — the major 2027 update with new story and characters, free for premium buyers but a separate ~1,000 yen purchase for everyone else. It’s a fair deal for the circle’s supporters, but it makes the standard edition feel like the incomplete choice from day one.

Who should buy this

Succubus & Judgement — target audience scene

This is a Japanese-only release with no official English support, so be honest with yourself about that before buying. The good news is that a large share of the appeal — CGs, full voice acting, the battle-and-defeat loop — comes through without reading ability, and the quest icons make navigation manageable. The bad news is that the routes’ best material is psychological: Nana’s dependency spiral in particular lives almost entirely in the writing, so if you can’t read Japanese, plan on a texthooker with machine translation to get more than surface value. If you’re a sub-male player whose interests cover at least two of the four fetish lanes and you’re comfortable with (or able to skip) the extreme content, this is one of the more committed entries in the genre.

Verdict

Succubus & Judgement — final verdict visual

7.5 / 10 — a fully voiced, unusually committed femdom RPG whose four defeat routes deliver exactly the uncompromising content they promise, held back by its everything-and-the-kitchen-sink fetish spread, a modest engine, and a premium edition that gates the game’s future behind a day-one upsell.
