JIZZCAPE: Haunted Mansion Mystery (JIZZCAPE ~ふたなりサヨとでっかいユキと怪奇蠢く妖館のナゾ♡~) — Honest Review

Two girls walk into a monster-infested mansion, the door locks behind them, and the only way out is through puzzles, tentacles, and each other. JIZZCAPE is an escape-action RPG built around a futanari protagonist, her quietly domineering best friend, and a mansion full of pink glowing horrors — with a genuine yuri relationship arc holding the whole thing together. If your tastes run to futanari, interspecies encounters, and pleasure corruption with an emotional core, this one was built for you.

What works

The setup does more character work than most doujin RPGs bother with. Sayo (voiced by Eru Suzumaya) is a futanari girl who talks tough but scares easily; Yuki (voiced by Mimichi Miyako) is her busty, unhurried friend with “a certain pressure” about her and an openly stated obsession with Sayo. Yuki drags Sayo to a mansion rumored to house monsters, they get trapped, and the horror framing becomes the engine for the relationship: as fear and anxiety mount, the two start sleeping together for comfort, and a “request” system unlocks a wider repertoire of scenes as their intimacy deepens. That’s a smart structure — the consensual yuri content escalates through story progression, while the dark content (monsters that catch you and assault you on the spot, plus full game-over rape scenes) stays tied to failure states. The two halves don’t dilute each other.

Mechanically, there’s more of a game here than the usual walk-and-trigger fare. It’s an escape game with puzzle-solving, and the clothing-destruction system works as a de facto armor layer: monster attacks shred your outfit first, and only once you’re stripped does your HP start draining toward a game over. Resistance-boosting equipment and skills give you actual buildcraft against the mansion’s roaming enemies, so there’s a risk-reward loop rather than pure scene-farming. The quality-of-life package is also complete: a full CG-unlock feature (so you don’t have to deliberately lose to see the defeat content), text auto-advance, and a hidden “rescue item” that trivializes the difficulty if you just want to see the story through.

The status-change ambition stands out too. Sayo’s standing sprite has variants for underwear, cock growth, and testicle pregnancy; Yuki’s covers underwear, futanari-ification, and pregnancy. That’s transformation and corruption tracked visually on the characters themselves, not just in CG scenes — and with 26 base CGs plus numerous variants and both leads fully voiced (the tag list promises vulgar, guttural performances), the content volume looks respectable for a doujin title.

What doesn’t

The engine is the big unknown. This is built in RPG Maker MZ, and “action game” in that engine has a long history of meaning anything from genuinely tense chase sequences to clunky, hitbox-fuzzy shuffling. The circle itself urges you to run the trial version before buying, and you should take that seriously — the escape-and-evade premise lives or dies on how the monsters actually feel to dodge, and product materials can’t tell you that.

The content mix also cuts both ways. The work leads with yuri and tentacle/interspecies content, but it explicitly includes some futanari-on-male scenes — a hard pass for a chunk of the yuri-futanari audience, and the exact reason the circle put a warning on the store page. Meanwhile, the more exotic variant content (testicle pregnancy, monster impregnation) is deeply niche; if that list made you wince rather than nod, this isn’t going to meet you halfway. And 26 base CGs, while decent, isn’t a standout number if raw scene count is your main metric.

Who should buy this

This is for futanari and tentacle enthusiasts who want their corruption content anchored to an actual relationship — the Sayo/Yuki dynamic is the selling point, with the monster content as the dark counterweight. One important caveat: the game is Japanese-only, with no English support. The good news is that RPG Maker MZ titles hook cleanly into machine-translation tools, and much of the appeal here — the action gameplay, the voiced scenes, the sprite transformations, the CGs — survives without reading a word. But this is an escape game with puzzles and a story-driven intimacy system, so expect to lean on a translation tool to actually solve your way out rather than brute-forcing blind.

Verdict

JIZZCAPE: Haunted Mansion Mystery — final verdict visual

7 / 10 — on paper, a kink-dense, fully voiced yuri escape RPG with smarter-than-average structure separating its sweet and dark content; the score’s ceiling depends entirely on whether the RPG Maker action holds up, so try the trial first.
