Kaoru, a young exorcist raised from childhood in a state facility because of her powerful spiritual abilities, is dispatched to a remote village where yokai attacks are surging — a village that keeps women naked and treated as livestock, and where her own dawning masochism must never, ever be discovered. This is a female-protagonist corruption RPG from Moe Workshop built around battle sex, degradation kink, and a folk-horror mystery, and on paper it stacks an unusually generous amount of content on top of that premise. If “exorcist girl slowly swallowed by a depraved village” is your genre, this one is aiming squarely at you.
What works

The scenario setup is the strongest hook here. Kaoru is sent by her agency to a village whose name literally reads something like “Blissful Milk Village,” where the local matriarch — known only as “Mother” — blames the escalating yokai attacks on a vengeful spirit haunting an abandoned shrine. The senior exorcist sent ahead of Kaoru, Hazakura, has already gone missing, supposedly captured by that spirit. But the village itself is what’s wrong: the people, the faith, the whole atmosphere, and above all the women called “maso-livestock,” kept near-naked and treated like animals while the villagers regard it as completely normal. The premise explicitly ties this to Kaoru’s own psychology — witnessing it plants something in her — and the subtitle’s promise that her masochism must stay hidden gives the corruption arc a built-in tension beyond the usual “purity meter goes down” structure. Whether she exorcises the village or gets consumed by it is the actual question the game poses, with five endings including a virgin ending (and, in a very doujin touch, an “anal-only virgin” ending).
The content volume is substantial. You get 75 H-scenes, over ninety percent of them featuring Kaoru herself, backed by 52 base CGs — 45 of them full-screen at 1920×1080, plus 7 dedicated battle-sex CGs. There’s a sex-stats screen tracking Kaoru’s experience, and notably more than 15 possible “first time” partners, with whoever takes her virginity recorded on that status page. Combined with New Game+ that lets you either carry over or reset her sexual experience, the structure clearly wants you to replay and steer her corruption down different paths — a virgin run and a fully-fallen run are both supported by design rather than being an afterthought.

The circle also deserves credit for player-friendliness. Encounters are symbol-based rather than random, many enemies have battle-sex scenes, and there’s a self-destruct skill specifically so you can trigger defeat scenes without grinding yourself into losing. Skip, auto-mode, backlog, and message-window toggle are all present, and the recollection room can be fully unlocked from the start if you just want the scenes. Voice work features recognizable names — Popura Sawano voices Kaoru, with Minase Suzuka, Haruru Akiyama, Tsubame Yuzuki, and others filling out a cast that includes a “Toilet Hanako”-type ghost among the characters — with over 1,500 recorded voice lines.
What doesn’t

The compromises are stated openly, which is honest of the circle but still worth weighing. The game is only partially voiced — the developer flatly apologizes that there were too many events to fully voice — so expect the acting to cover highlights rather than everything. The art is split between two illustrators: the protagonist’s standing art and the cover are by one artist, the main CGs by another, and the circle itself notes the styles differ. If visual consistency matters to you, that mismatch will be noticeable every time a CG appears next to the sprite that doesn’t quite match it. The battle-sex CGs are also half-width (900×1080) and there are only seven of them, so that particular feature is thinner than the “many enemies have battle sex” pitch might suggest.
The bigger filter is the fetish stack itself. This is dub-con degradation content through and through: women kept as livestock, violation, interspecies sex, outdoor exposure, and childbirth are all on the tag list. None of that is a flaw for its intended audience, but there’s no version of this game that works for someone who wants purely consensual or vanilla content — the entire premise runs on Kaoru being broken down by a village that treats this as tradition.
Who should buy this

Be aware up front: this is Japanese-only, with no official English support. That said, it’s an RPG where the appeal is heavily carried by CGs, battle sex, voice acting, and the corruption-status systems, so a determined English-speaking buyer can get real value out of it with a texthooker and machine translation — the QoL features and fully unlockable gallery help a lot here. The catch is that the village-mystery storyline and the “don’t let them find out you’re a masochist” tension are text-driven, so playing raw with zero Japanese means losing a meaningful chunk of what makes the setup interesting. Buy it if you’re into female-protagonist corruption RPGs with heavy degradation themes and you’re comfortable bridging the language gap; skip it if you need to read every line natively or the tag list gave you pause.
Verdict

7 / 10 — a generously stocked corruption RPG with a genuinely unsettling premise, strong scene volume, and thoughtful replay structure, held back by partial voicing, mismatched art between its two illustrators, and a fetish lineup narrow enough that it will be either exactly your thing or not your thing at all.
