Mona-chan is an overworked office drone on her usual commute home, and this short-form gag RPG exists entirely to make sure she doesn’t get there — at least not with her chest, dignity, or life trajectory intact. Circle motsunikuya is selling exactly one joke here, told at maximum volume with triple exclamation marks, and priced at pocket change (around 110 yen). If “breast expansion escalating into full hyper-breast territory, played half for laughs” is a sentence that means something to you, this is squarely your department.
What works

The biggest strength is honesty of premise. The store copy openly describes this as “just a short RPG where the protagonist gets her breasts toyed with and her life ends,” and everything about the packaging matches that: this is a quick, absurdist fetish delivery vehicle, not a game pretending to be more. In a market full of works that oversell their scope, there’s real value in a title that tells you precisely what it is before you spend a single yen. The tag lineup backs it up — nipple play, pleasure corruption, ahegao, clothed scenes, lesbian content, and the full big-breasts-through-monster-breasts spectrum — so the fetish targeting is unambiguous.
The structure also does more than you’d expect at this price. There are four endings, and the teased branches go to genuinely unhinged places: Mona getting taken home by her assailant, ending up as a breeding vessel, or — somehow — being turned into a baby. For a short work, multiple endings give you an actual reason to replay rather than watching one linear scene and closing the window. The comedic, self-aware tone (“Can she make it home without her boobs getting stretched!?!?”) suggests the escalation is meant to be enjoyed as absurd spectacle as much as raw fetish material, which is a tone the hyper-breast niche often does well.

Early buyer reception has been solidly positive — ratings sit in the low-to-mid 4s out of 5 — and there’s a free trial version available (the circle actively insists you run it before buying), which removes most of the risk from an already tiny purchase.
What doesn’t

It’s one joke, and a short one. The circle’s own description makes no promises beyond “breasts get toyed with, life ends,” so if you’re hoping for meaningful RPG mechanics, exploration, or a story with any connective tissue, temper expectations hard — the RPG format here reads as a delivery mechanism for scenes, not a game you play for its systems. Sales numbers so far are modest, and while ratings are good, almost nobody has written substantive reviews yet, so long-term community verdict is thin.
The other issue is how narrow the appeal is. Breast stretching into monster/mega-breast scale is a specific kink, and the ending lineup drifts into transformation territory (the breeding-vessel and baby endings especially) that will be a hard pass for anyone who wanted straightforward breast-play content. This is a work where you should read the tags as a strict contract: if any one of them puts you off, there isn’t enough else here to carry the purchase.
Who should buy this

This is for hyper-breast and breast-expansion enjoyers who want a cheap, fast, deliberately ridiculous corruption romp with a few weird endings to collect — and who are fine with humor being part of the eroticism. Note that the game is Japanese-only with no official English support. That said, as a short, scene-driven RPG whose appeal is overwhelmingly visual, it’s playable without reading Japanese: you’ll lose the gag-heavy narration’s comedic flavor, but the escalation itself needs no translation. A texthooker with machine translation would recover most of the jokes if you care. Grab the trial first to confirm it runs on your machine — the circle asks for exactly that.
Verdict

6 / 10. This does precisely what its screaming title promises, at a price where a single laugh or a single good scene already covers the cost — but it’s a one-joke, one-fetish short that lives or dies entirely on whether stretched, ballooning breasts and absurdist bad ends are your thing.
