If you’ve ever wanted the tension of a stealth game boiled down to “get close to her before anyone notices,” this one delivers exactly that in a single crowded train car. It’s a short, arcade-style pixel-art stealth game built for players who want quick, replayable rounds of nerve-wracking approach-and-contact gameplay rather than a long story to sit through.
What works

The core loop is simple to describe and genuinely tense to play: you’re on a swaying train car, trying to close the distance to a target girl’s back without tipping off anyone around you. One careless move and it’s over instantly, which gives every successful approach real weight. The controls are kept deliberately easy — keyboard, mouse, or gamepad all work — so there’s no learning curve standing between you and the actual challenge, which is reading the timing of the target and the surrounding passengers rather than mastering a control scheme. That’s a smart design choice for a game this focused: it puts all the difficulty in observation and patience instead of execution.
The retro dot-art presentation suits the arcade framing well. It’s not going for detailed character art so much as a clean, readable pixel style where you can actually track movement and blind spots at a glance, which matters a lot in a game built entirely around spatial awareness. A soundtrack runs underneath to keep the tension up while you’re waiting for your opening.
The three difficulty tiers are a genuinely useful structure rather than padding. EASY is clearly aimed at players who just want to reach the payoff animations without much friction, while HARD ramps up speed and demands precise timing for players who want the “so close, so many times” arcade frustration-to-payoff loop. Landing a successful approach triggers one of three dedicated contact animations tied to different in-game situations, which gives you a reason to replay at higher difficulty beyond just bragging rights — different runs and difficulty levels surface different payoffs.
What doesn’t

This is a mechanically tight but narratively thin package. There’s no indication of story, dialogue, or character writing here — it’s a scenario (train, target, stealth) rather than a plot, and if you’re looking for buildup, seduction, or relationship context around the contact scenes, that’s not what this delivers. The whole experience is built around one gameplay loop repeated across difficulty settings and three animation payoffs, so the total content on offer is compact; once you’ve seen the three situational animations across the difficulty tiers, there isn’t a lot else pulling you back in beyond replaying for the arcade challenge itself.
It’s also worth being upfront that the appeal here is narrow by design: this is specifically a same-sex (female/female) groping-stealth fantasy, not a hub for multiple pairings or content types. If that’s not the specific itch you’re scratching, there isn’t much else in the package to fall back on.
Who should buy this
There’s no English-language support here — menus, any in-game text, and everything else is Japanese only. That said, this is about as friendly to non-Japanese-speaking players as an R18 title gets: the entire game is built around visual timing and spatial reads rather than reading anything, so you can pick it up, understand the goal from the setup alone, and play it start to finish without needing machine translation or a texthooker. This one’s for fans of stealth/chikan-style tension games specifically featuring female-on-female contact, and for players who want a tight arcade challenge loop over a game they’ll sink dozens of hours into. If you want dialogue, character development, or a story to follow, look elsewhere — this is a mechanics-and-payoff experience through and through.
Verdict
6.5 / 10 — a well-executed, tense little stealth-arcade loop with a clear, narrow appeal, let down only by how little content there is once you’ve seen what the three difficulty tiers have to offer.
