Princess Lilifa of the Kingdom of Faldeness descends into a wish-granting dungeon called the Labyrinth of Desire to clear it for the sake of her fiancé, the prince — and ends up passed around by a small army of other men along the way. That built-in irony is the whole pitch of surrender milk’s corruption RPG, an RPG Maker MZ title that deliberately throws out battles and minigames to become a pure, fast-moving delivery system for animated H-events. If you’re here for netorare and pleasure-corruption with scenes that actually move, this is squarely aimed at you; if you want an actual game wrapped around the porn, keep walking.
What works

The headline feature is animation density, and the numbers are genuinely unusual for a doujin RPG Maker release. There are 76 H-events registered in the recollection room, counting both large and small ones, and nearly all of them use 60fps Live2D animated video — the circle’s own framing is that something on screen is always moving during sex, rather than the usual static CG with a text box. Under the hood that’s built on 20 base Live2D models with over 300 scene variations. Plenty of corruption games promise “animation” and deliver two looping breast jiggles; a spec sheet like this one is a different weight class, and it’s clearly where the production budget went.
The scenario setup does a lot with a simple hook. Lilifa isn’t wandering into debauchery by accident — she’s working through the labyrinth for her prince, which means every event she stumbles into is a small betrayal committed in his name. The situation list reads like a full corruption menu: adulterous sex, orgies, prostitution, exhibitionist play, fellatio and oral finishes, bukkake, squirting, training, being filmed, and common-sense alteration — the trope where lewd behavior gets rewritten as perfectly normal. Notably, it’s human partners only. No monsters, no tentacles, no interspecies detours — for the subset of NTR fans who specifically want their heroine ruined by ordinary men, that’s a selling point worth underlining.

The third strength is friction, or the lack of it. No battles and no minigames means nothing stands between you and the next event, and the quality-of-life list covers essentially everything you’d want from a modern eroge: save anywhere, message skip, message hide, backlog, fast movement, volume controls, and a full recollection room. This is a game that knows exactly what it is and refuses to waste your time pretending otherwise.
What doesn’t

The obvious flip side: with combat and minigames stripped out, what remains is essentially walking between events in an RPG Maker shell. The store page is upfront about this, so it’s not false advertising, but anyone hoping for even light RPG mechanics — builds, encounters, resource decisions — will find nothing here. Whether “sakusaku event viewer” reads as respectful of your time or as thin depends entirely on what you came for.
There are also practical caveats baked into the release itself. The circle strongly recommends playing the trial version first specifically as an operation check — sensible advice, since 60fps Live2D video running inside RPG Maker MZ is a heavier ask than the engine’s usual fare — but trial save data does not carry over to the full version, so a cautious buyer eats the opening twice. And that “76 events” figure explicitly includes small scenes alongside the big ones, so temper expectations about how many of them are full setpieces.
Who should buy this

Be clear on one thing first: this is Japanese-only, with no official English support. The good news is that the format is about as import-friendly as text-heavy doujin games get — there’s no combat to parse, the animated scenes and recollection room need no translation, and fast movement plus message skip make it easy to push through to the content. But the corruption arc — the why of Lilifa’s fall, and the common-sense-alteration material especially — is carried by the writing, so English-only players should plan on a texthooker or machine translation to get the narrative half of the appeal. Buy it if you’re an NTR and pleasure-corruption fan who prioritizes animation above all else and doesn’t mind (or can bridge) the language barrier. Skip it if netorare sours you, if you want gameplay with your eroge, or if you can’t run heavier RPG Maker titles — and either way, try the trial first.
Verdict

7 / 10. On paper this is one of the most animation-dense corruption titles you’ll find in the RPG Maker space — 60fps Live2D across nearly all of its 76 scenes, a human-partners-only NTR premise with real ironic bite, and zero gameplay friction — docked for being a pure event-viewer with nothing underneath, and for the language wall English-speaking buyers will need tools to climb.
